The other typical 1" hose clamps are thin and perforated which's easy to deform and strip the perforations if the screw clamp is over-torqued. Our screws are much bigger and with deeper threads that grip the embossed band tightly. The buckle bottom is welded into one-piece housing for higher tensile strength. These heavy duty hose clamps can provide superior clamping force for solid & safe seal!.
Rolled Band Edge Protection: As our 3rd picture, the rolled-up band is effective to prevent the metal edge cutting into the soft hoses, no matter for silicone, pvc or rubber hose. This is an important and safe design for worm drive hose clamps to eliminate the damage to hoses during installation and final torquing, especially for heater silicone hose and automotive applications..
Non-Perforated Band Stronger: Compared with perforated band, our non-perforated solid band is virtually impervious to over-tightening, deformed and stripping.
