- Set in the time period of the first Star Wars trilogy, you must take advantage of the Empire's recent weakening through the destruction of its ultimate weapon, the Death Star.
- Choose a race to play, from humans to Wookies, and select a path in life -- you can be a shopkeeper, farmer, pilot, Rebel or Empire soldier and many more careers.
- Meet many of the major characters from the film, and visit important locations like Jabba's Palace.
- Throughout the game, you'll be given the chance to design schematics for whatever you need -- a ship, a weapon, a tool -- and hire someone to manufacture it, or even build it yourself. Build and design your own weapons & equipment!.
- Battle against the Empire, or with them, as you travel from world to world to world, and fight against your opponents in space.
