Poke You In The Eye
- Makes delicious flavored poke, just use the recipe on side of jar.
- Add ahi, tako, mussel meat or crab, onion and the sauce for a great flavored dish.
- Use one half a cup of sauce per pound of seafood.
- For best results, use very fresh sushi or sashimi-grade ahi (either yellowfin or bigeye tuna).
